"We had another highly-rated chef service cancel on us last minute (reminder to sign a contract!) and reached out to Daniel two weeks before our wedding. This ended up being a blessing in disguise as we (and all our guests) couldn’t imagine a better wedding night meal! We had a small family wedding, and Daniel put so much care into every detail of the meal, was so easy to communicate with, and was there to support us throughout the day. He was flexible with vegan and GF needs and made amazing food for every guest – satisfying our meat and potatoes lovers and major foodies alike. Folks who don’t like prime rib devoured the prime rib, those who don’t do vegetables ate beets for the first time and loved them. Everyone was blown away. On top of the meal he went above and beyond and left bones for the dogs, leftovers for us, and so many other delicious extra treats.
