"We met in college – we were both athletes – and we are both very competitive, driven, and passionate. We have big hearts and so much love for our family and friends, but we were in difference places in life when we first met. Unfortunately, a tragedy brought us together, but it gave us a clear perspective and view on what we wanted and the connection we had. It was only fitting that Mark proposed in the chapel on campus at Babson College where we first met. We were engaged December 2023, and married that August."

THE WEDDING

"Our wedding was amazing! Stunningly beautiful and the most perfect weather. We kicked off the weekend buying out a section of Bozeman Stampede Thursday night (shout out Ben Fjare!). Then had a welcome party at Sage Lodge on the patio where we had Don Julio mini margs and Coors banquet beers for signature drinks and had Western Roots teach line dancing (so much fun!). The day of our wedding was perfect! Our hometown priest married us in front of our loved ones in what he called nature's 'cathedral.'

All of the details came together incredibly well – no assigned seating, stationed meal with three late-night bites (passed sliders, carnival bites and espresso martinis with beignets and dessert!). Amanda Stewart kicked off the night and even led us in a line dance! She was amazing and then DJ AD Bunn led us into a changed outfit and dance party with glow sticks galore. It was all of our closest family and friends primarily from the Northeast celebrating our love in such a beautiful place! A huge shoutout to the best team for making it an experience we will continue to relive!" –Giovanna, the bride
